thirties.
The year of 2008 sees that the reform and opening-up
policy in China has successfully lasted 30 years. During
the last three decades since the implementation of the
opening up policy, China paper industry, with the
sustained development in national economy witnessed, has
rapidly realized the layout of the overall growing-up
with much vigor and vitality through a hard and eventful
striving time.
This is a glorious moment that China paper production
and consumption has already achieved the first in the
world, which will have gone down in history. This
outstanding performance had been a dream of many
generations and has realized with our common efforts.
At this summit state, we should have some further
considerations. A China paper manufacturer has
responsibilities to undertake the historical tasks,
i.e., how to make the China paper industry stronger; how
to inherit the Chinese civilization better; how to
continue the historic glory more effectively; how to
keep the China paper industry at the top of the world
under the situation of state reforming and opening up.
Therefore, China Paper
Industry Chamber of Commerce (CPICC) has hosted
“1st China Paper Industry Development
Conference in Commemoration of the 30th
anniversary of Reform and Opening-up” with a theme of “A
Strategic Choice at the Peak of China Paper Industry”.
Based on the purposes ‘to retrospect the brilliant
